How do I cancel or edit an order?
Orders cannot be canceled due to a change of mind, as all of our products are made to order. However, if there’s an error in your info, we’ll do our best to assist. You may request updates such as correcting your delivery address or contact information by contacting our customer support team via email or live chat. Please have your order number ready.
Keep in mind that changes may not be possible after 24 hours, as orders are processed quickly once received.

What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We do allow exchanges on most items within 7 days of delivery. Simply let us know which item you’d like instead, and our team will guide you through the process.
How long does it take to process my return/refund?
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

How long does shipping take?
All orders include a production period before shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:
Luzon: 2–3 business days
Visayas: 3–5 business days
Mindanao: 5–10 business days
In total, most customers receive their orders within 5–15 business days, depending on location.
Do you accept rush orders?
At this time, we do not accommodate rush orders. All purchases are processed and shipped through our standard delivery service to maintain quality, reliability, and consistency.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact our support team to request an address update. We are unable to make changes to the delivery address once your order has shipped.
